Instructions
Step 1
heat butter and 1 tbsp of the oil and add garlic and crushed pepper. Cook until fragrant then add wine, salt, and zest. Cook 2 or 3 mns until wine is reduced a bit.
Step 2
Add shrimp to wine sauce and cook for 1 or 2 mns. Set aside and keep warm.
Step 3
Wipe skillet , add rest of oil and cook orzo until slightly toasted. Add chicken stock and 1 cup water. Bring to a simmer and cook until orzo is al dente.
Step 4
Add parsley lemon juice and tarragon along with lemon juice and mix. Place shrimp in orzo and cook 4 to 5 mns until shrimp are hot. Serve with a sprinkle of tarragon on top.
