Step 1
Brown meat and drain.



Step 2
Season meat with garlic, salt and oepper.



Step 3
Combine meat in bowl with riced cauliflower, parmesan cheese, half of the pepperoni (chopped, if desired), Rao's sauce, and remaining herbs.








Step 4
Pour into 9x13 oven-safe dish and spread evenly. Top with remaining pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
