Instructions

Step 1
"Marinate beef in coconut aminos, garlic, and ginger for 10–15 minutes.
Step 2
Heat olive and sesame oils in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Stir-fry beef for 3–4 minutes, then remove from pan.
Step 4
Add vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Step 5
Return beef to the pan, toss to combine, and heat through.
Step 6
Serve over brown rice. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired."
