Instructions
Step 1
Boil rice in lightly salted water following package instructions.
Step 2
Mix together sauce ingredients, set aside.



Step 3
Brown ground beef. Set aside.

Step 4
Add diced zucchini, carrots and onions to the pan using sesame oil to pan beforehand.


Step 5
Add ground beef back to pan, pour in sauce mixture. Let sautée about 3 minutes.
Step 6
Add in spinach until just wilted. Crack egg and still all ingredients until egg is fully cooked.

Step 7
Portion rice to plate and add veggie and meat mixture over top.
