Boiling the eggs
Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a roaring boil (fill the pot enough to completely cover the eggs)
Step 2
From the fridge, gently lower the eggs one by one into the pot.
Step 3
Cook the eggs for 8 minutes
Step 4
Prepare an ice bath on the side (enough water to submerge the eggs)
Step 5
Once the timer is done. Move each egg to the ice bath.
Step 6
Wait a couple minutes and then start peeling the eggs

Add the peeled eggs into a plastic bag or cup.
Step 8
Add equal parts soy sauce and rice wine vinegar to the bag or cup, enough to submerge at least 3/4 of the egg (entire egg would be better). Add your sliced green onions (optional).
Step 9
Let the eggs marinate for an hour, or overnight is better
Step 10
Whenever you’re ready to eat them, remove from the marinade, slice and enjoy.
