Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Step 2
Add olive oil to a skillet and brown poultry.
Step 3
Remove and add zucchini and a little more oil to skillet with drippings. SautΓ© until lightly brown.
Step 4
Drain pasta and rinse in cold water until cool to the touch, to stop internal cooking.
Step 5
Add drained tomatoes, zucchini, poultry, and Italian dressing to large bowl. Mix lightly until combined. Add cold pasta and mix lightly again until combined. *Make sure dressing is completely chilled. Do not cook tomatoes.*
