Instructions
Step 1
Brown beef then set aside
Step 2
Soften sliced onions
Step 3
Add all spices and tomato paste
Step 4
Add beef back , add broth, cabbage (cut in half or quarter if big), carrots, celery, parsnips ( all cut in half ) chickpeas

Cover with boiling water
Step 6
Cover and put in oven for 2 hours at 140 °c
Step 7
1 hour before the end add courgettes ( whole or in half depending on size) and turn temp down to 120 °c
Step 8
Marinade chicken with same spice as beef
Step 9
Air fry chicken (Ninja dual zone = air fry function 10 mins on each side then 5 mins on Maxcrisp or until very crispy)
