Ingredients

1 lbground turkey
or ground chicken

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tspitalian seasoning

½ tspcrushed red pepper flakes
optional

1 cuppizza sauce
or marinara, no sugar added

½ cupbell peppers
chopped

¼ cupred onion
chopped

½ cupmushrooms
sliced

½ cupblack olives
sliced, optional

1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cupgrated parmesan cheese

Fresh basil
or parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions
Step 1
1. Cook the Meat

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey or chicken until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess moisture.

2. Season the Base

Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and cook for 2 more minutes.

3. Add Veggies and Sauce

Stir in the bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and olives. Cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender. Stir in pizza sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.

4. Assemble the Bowls

Divide the mixture into 4 oven-safe ramekins or small bowls. Top each with shredded mozzarella and a sprinkle of Parmesan.

5. Broil to Finish

Place under the broiler for 3–5 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

6. Garnish and Serve

Top with fresh basil or parsley. Serve hot.
