1. Make the Marinade: In a bowl or zip-top bag, mix all the marinade ingredients together. 2. Marinate the Meat: Place the steak in the marinade, making sure it's fully coated. Marinate for at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight for deep flavor. 3. Grill the Meat: Preheat your grill to high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and pat it dry slightly. Grill for about 5–7 minutes per side, depending on thickness and desired doneness. You want a good char but keep it juicy inside. 4. Rest and Slice: Let the steak rest for 5–10 minutes after grilling. Slice against the grain into thin strips.
