1 lbground chuck

1 lbground pork

3shallots
diced

½ cupparsley

1 cupitalian bread crumbs

¼ tallspice

¼ cupheavy whipping cream

2eggs
whisked

3cloves garlic
minced

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Mix all meatball ingredients until well combined. Form into 2 inch balls. Heat frying pan over medium heat with oil. Brown meatballs on all sides. Set aside. In same pan add butter and flour for sauce. Whisk together. Add rest of ingredients, one at a time. Whisk between each addition. Add meatballs and cook about 5 minutes. Serve over potatoes or other.
