Instructions

Step 1
In a sauce pan on medium heat, heat one can garbanzo beans. When hot, drain & save liquid

In a large bowl, break pita in pieces. Top with 4 tbsp hot bean liquid. Stir well. Discard remaining liquid

Drain and save juices of one garbanzo beans. In food processor, add drained beans, 2 garlic cloves (chopped), juice of lemon, tahini, ground cumin, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, olive oil. Mix until smooth. If it’s to dry add up to 4 Tbsp garbanzo liquid

Fry meat in pan, breaking it up Add remaining chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ground pepper as it cooks
