Instructions
Step 1
Add chili to skillet. Heat until boiling.
Step 2
Crack in all eggs. ( you can scramble them before if you prefer)
Step 3
Stir to combine. Continue stirring until eggs are completely cooked.
Step 4
Heat flour tortillas over your stove top (gas is easiest)
Step 5
Optional:
Smear butter on warm tortillas to melt, then add eggs, cheese and salt and pepper.
Step 6
Create little burritos with egg mixture, cheese and salt and pepper.
