Add chili to skillet. Heat until boiling.

Crack in all eggs. ( you can scramble them before if you prefer)

Stir to combine. Continue stirring until eggs are completely cooked.

Heat flour tortillas over your stove top (gas is easiest)

Optional: Smear butter on warm tortillas to melt, then add eggs, cheese and salt and pepper.
