Step 1
Wash the rice and quinoa until the water runs clear
Step 2
Cook in the instant pot for 3 minutes high pressure
Step 3
Let pressure release for 10 minutes
Step 4
Fluff with a fork and top with additional seasonings.

Stir fry a side of shallot and mix with rice
