1. take your eggs and crack them into a bowl

2. Beat the eggs with a fork

3. Grease the pan with the oil spray and put the stove to 7 or 8 heat

4. When warm put the egg mixture in the pan

6. Once the eggs mixture starts to harden, make sure it doesn't harden too much
