Instructions
Step 1

Preheat oven add cashew nuts to bowl and cover with boiled water. Chop chicken breast strips
Step 2

Boil rice and reduce to low heat, covered
Step 3

Add chicken to bowl and create marinade. Transfer to baking paper and put into oven
Step 4

Dice red onion, chop ginger and garlic, dice cucumber
Step 5

Heat pan, aff onion and salt. Add ginger and garlic with tomato paste
Step 6

Add the cashews to food processor. Add cashew paste chicken stock mix and chicken
Step 7

Add cucumber and onion to a bowl with salt and pepper
Step 8
