4boneless skinless chicken breasts

Chicken stock
enough to cover chicken in pot

1 tspblack pepper

1 tsponion powder

1 tspgarlic powder

1 packetsazon

Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot, place chicken breasts and cover with chicken stock.
Step 2
Add black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and tropical sazon.
Step 3
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a low simmer. Cover and cook for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until the chicken is tender and shreds easily.
Step 4
Remove chicken from the pot and shred using two forks. Set aside.
Step 5
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Step 6
Add chopped garlic and diced onion.
Step 7
Cook until soft and golden, about 5–7 minutes.
Step 8
Add shredded chicken to the skillet with garlic and onions.
Step 9
Sprinkle all seasoning ingredients over the chicken.
Step 10
Stir well to coat and cook for another 5–10 minutes to blend the flavors.
Step 11
Stir in fresh cilantro if using.
Step 12
Heat a corn tortilla in a clean skillet over medium heat.
Step 13
Add a layer of cheese, followed by the chicken mixture.
Step 14
Fold the tortilla in half and cook on both sides until golden and the cheese is melted. Repeat for all tacos.
