1 cchicken broth
or vegetable, plus 1 tb better than bouillon
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tspWorcestershire sauce
optional
½ tspItalian seasoning
optional
¼ tspcreole seasoning
salt
to taste
pepper
red pepper flakes
to taste
20 ozfrozen chopped spinach
thawed
14 ozcan artichoke
drained and roughly chopped
1 packagesgnocchi
shelf stable
8 ozreduced fat cream cheese
4 ozshredded Italian cheese
1 lbchicken thighs
cut into bite sized pieces
Instructions
Step 1
I'm a large oven safe skillet or Dutch oven bring broth, seasonings, spinach and artichoke to a summer on the stove top. Add gnocchi and simmer for 4 mins. Remove from heat , stir in cream cheese and most of the shredded cheese until melted. Top with remaining cheese. Place under broiler for 3-4 mins or until golden brown
