Easy Stovetop Chicken Tacos

Super Easy and Delicious. Could also easily just make the chicken and serve it whole without the tortilla on a plate with some toppings/sides.
Pair the tacos with a side of rice, beans, or a simple salad to make it a well-rounded meal.
For toddlers: consider serving the chicken and toppings separately or in a quesadilla for easier handling.
