Step 1
In a saucepan, toast garlic and couscous over medium heat 2-3 minutes

Add liquid, bring to boil

Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes.

Fluff with a fork, stir in chopped parsley, and lemon zest and season with salt and pepper.
