Ingredients

300gspaghetti
2Courgettes
medium, grated
400gmince beef
2garlic cloves
crushed
1onion
finely chopped
2 tablespoonsworcestershire sauce
basil
chopped
salt
ground
pepper
ground
salt
ground
400gcan of chopped tomatoes
150mlstock
4sun-dried tomatoes
steeped in boiling water for 10 minutes then chopped
1 tablespoonclear honey
Instructions
Step 1
Place all meatball ingredients in a bowl and mix together well (courgettes to salt)
Step 2
Roll smal amounts into meatballs no bigger than a golf ball
Step 3
Heat large frying pan spray with oil and fry meatballs evenly until brown all over. Remove with slotted spoon and onto a baking tray.
Step 4
Make sauce with left over juices add sauce ingredients and stir well and simmer for 10 minutes. Add meatballs and simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Meanwhile cook spaghetti to packet instructions once done serve.
