medium, peeled, cut into pieces, and frozen

4ice cubes
small

480mlunsweetened plant-based milk
homemade or store-bought

1avocado
small ripe

1 x 1 inchfresh ginger
piece, peeled and thinly sliced

1 piecelime
1/2-inch-thick, 1.25 cm, peel and all

100gbaby spinach
or tender spinach

¼ cupfresh mint leaves

1 teaspoonraw honey
optional

2 teaspoonssesame seeds
or hemp seeds, optional, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
1. In the following order, layer the banana, ice cubes, milk, avocado, ginger, lime, spinach, mint, and honey (if using) in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth, about 1 minute.
Step 2
2. To serve, divide between two glasses and sprinkle with sesame seeds or hemp seeds, if using.
