tomato paste

Fish & prawns marinade

red snapper
Shrimp bouillon
cubes

black pepper

1Scotch bonnet peppers

Instructions
Step 1
Rough blend fish marinade and pepper seasoning . Set aside pepper seasoning

Step 2
Poke holes in fish and stuff fish marinade in the hole + marinate the prawns
Step 3
Fry a small portion of the bulgur wheat with the a small portion of the pepper seasoning. Set aside
Step 4
Fry onions in oil with tomato paste for 5 minutes
Step 5
Add vegetables, fish and prawns + 2-3 cups of water and salt and Maggi to taste. Boil until the vegetables are soft. This should take about 15 minutes
Step 6
Remove vegetables and fish from sauce and set aside. Add the washed bulgur wheat to the sauce and cook until ready. If you have a rice cooker, this will make life much easier.
