Instructions
Step 1
Fry chopped garlic in heated claypot
Step 2
Add chopped potatoes.
Step 3
Season with salt, pepper, cooking wine, oyster sauce and dark soya sauce.
Step 4
Add around 100ml of water to sufficiently cover the potatoes and boil for a few minutes until potatoes are soft.
Step 5
Add mushrooms of your choice.
Step 6
Add a hard boiled egg if you wish and garnish with spring onions.
Step 7
Serve with a bowl of steamed rice!
