Instructions

Step 1
heat sesame oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger saute 1 minute
Step 2
add beef to skillet and cook
Step 3
add soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes. stir well cook 2-3 minutes, coat beef and allow sauce to thicken
Step 4
add carrots and cook 2 minutes
