Step 1
Making the sauce: In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean red pepper paste), 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, a little bit of pepper.
Step 2
Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onions until aromatic. Add chopped pork and stir-fry for about a minute. Then mix in the sauce and stir well. Add about 2 bowls of rice, ensuring the grains separate nicely, then mix in washed and drained mung bean sprouts. Stir-fry for another minute.
Step 3
Finish by stirring in 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Serve your savory and crunchy mung bean sprout fried rice.
