Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil over medium high heat.
Step 2
Add onions. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add garlic. Sauté till fragrant.
Step 4
Add pork, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, black pepper and sesame oil. Stir fry for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Add Korean chili pepper. Stir fry for 1 more minute.
Step 6
Top with sesame seeds & green onions.
