Instructions

Step 1
1. Peel the sweet potatos and roast them in the oven for 50 min, at 180ºC. Let them cool down to room temperature.
Step 2
Mix the sweet potatos, with the remaining ingredients, except the peanut butter (if soy or another vegetable protein is used, add 100 mL of water). Blend until obtain a creamy homogeneous texture.
Step 3
Add the peanut butter and mix well.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture to a silicone mold and place in the oven for 30 min at 160ºC
