Low Calorie Fried Rice Hack
The idea with this is basically having half rice and half cauliflower rice: lazy and easy way to basically cut any fried rice takeout calories in half: effectively doubling the volume of food
Panda express fried rice is normally 500-550 cal, cauliflower rice is 50 calories for a giant bag.

or Fried rice of choice

0.5 bagfrozen cauliflower rice

egg whites
Optional, scrambled eggs for extra protein

low sodium soy sauce

garlic powder
Instructions
Step 1
Microwave Panda Express bowl separately. (or fried rice of choice)
Step 2
Microwave cauliflower rice to thaw
Step 3
Stir fry and mix cauliflower rice into your takeout fried to double the volume without doubling calories.
Step 4
Add low sodium soy sauce and garlic powder to taste(Optional) Add scrambled egg whites for extra volume and protein.
