Broccoli, Chilli and King Prawn Stir Fry

Instructions

Step 1
Place a large wok or frying pan on a high heat. Spray with cooking spray and add the garlic, ginger and chilli. Stir-fry for 2 minutes, moving the ingredients around the pan to stop them from burning.
Step 2
Add the tenderstem broccoli and broccoli florets to the wok and combine with the garlic, ginger and chilli. Keen on a high heat and add 3 tbsp water. Cook the broccoli for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the broccoli is almost tender but still has bite.
Step 3
Add the remaining ingredients, season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes until the prawns are heated through thoroughly.
Step 4
Serve immediately with rice noodles.
