Instructions

Step 1
Method mix the water and pasata and heat for 1-2 minutes in a microwave.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into small cubes around 15/20 mm (this ensures the chicken will be cooked through)
Step 3
Add the coconut oil to a deep pan and add the cinnamon stick and heat stirring the pan to ensure the cinnamon infuses into the oil.
Step 4
Add the garlic and ginger paste and continue to stir.
Step 5
Next add the the powdered ingredients and stir, add around 100ml of the watered down pasata and stir, once full stirred add another 100ml of pasata and stir, next add the chicken pieces and ensure all are coated, off the mixture is too dry add more pasata or some water and continue stirring.
Step 6
Add another 100ml of pasata leave pan and stir occasionally mixture will reduce, reduce the heat and add the remaining pasata as the sauce reduces and to your required thickness stirring occasionally. Check the chicken is cooked through. Now add the cream and stir.
Step 7
Your ready to plate up add rice to your plate spoon over the Chicken Korma lick you’re lips and enjoy
