Step 1
Dice up steak and mix next 7 ingredients for the marinade, pour over steak and marinade for at least 20 minutes.

Then cook onions and garlic, for about a minute, then add peas and carrots stirring it around, now add rice and add more oil then cook the egg in the wok until it’s done. Now add more soy sauce, hoisin sauce and sesame oil then return your steak, mix and enjoy.
