Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil, add onions then a couple of minutes later add mince
Step 2
After a few minutes add peppers (chopped), spices and garlic.
Step 3
After 5 mins add beef stock (1 cube and 300 ml water) chopped tomatoes and herbs
Step 4
Simmer for 20 mins
Step 5
Add kidney beans and some seasoning.
Step 6
Simmer for 10 mins. Do longer to infuse ingredients
Step 7
Turn off and leave for another 10
