Delicious, high-protein bars packed with fiber and yumminess!

Instructions
Step 1
Mix mashed bananas with peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla until well mixed.

Step 2
Stir in dry ingredients, ending with chocolate chips.
Step 3
Spread into 9x13 pan lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Step 5
Allow to cool in pan about 30 minutes.
Step 6
Use parchment paper to lift bars from pan. Place onto counter and cut into 24 bars.
Step 7
These freeze well. I like to wrap each bar in wax paper, parchment paper, etc. to make them highly grab-n-go ready.
