½ cupcarrot
diced

3cloves garlic

½ tsprosemary

3 Tbspflour

Instructions
Step 1
Blend together the ingredients for the Cream
Step 2
On medium heat, melt the butter, onions, celery, salt and cook for about 5 minutes. Then add carrots, garlic, and rosemary (2 minutes)
Step 3
I also added onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, allspice, salt, pepper, and a dash of gochujung but this step is optional
Step 4
Add flour to your onions and carrot mixture while stirring, then add broth, 1 cup at a time. Finish with the cream.
Step 5
Add your chicken and gnocchi for 5 to 6 minutes and then throw in the spinach and serve.
