Instructions
Step 1
Slice the potatoes in half, place orange side down onto a pan and cook till soft. 45-55 minutes. (Don't forget to salt and pepper it)
Step 2
Preheat your oven to 400°F Mash everything together in a bowl.
Step 3
Roll together into falafels then cook for 30 minutes
Step 4
Serve on naan/pita, with hummus, black olives, red onion (pickled or raw) and cucumber (pickled or raw)
