Instructions

Step 1
If recipe calls for 1 can of lentils (15oz or 425g or 1 1/2 cups of cooked lentils), you can make your own! Use a scant 3/4 cup of dried lentils. Cook as usual with water and a rice cooker for pot.
Step 2
If recipe calls for 2 cans of lentils (30oz or 850g or 3 cups of cooked lentils), you can make your own! Use a scant 1 1/2 cups of dried lentils. Cook as usual with water in rice cooker or a pot.
