This is a turkish style, creamy and smooth in texture lentil soup. Having it with a piece of sour dough bread is perfect for a rainy or chilly day !

Instructions
Step 1
Cut potatoes in cubes, dice the onion and garlic
Step 2
Bring the olive oil and butter to medium heat, add the onion and butter. Cook about 2min until onions become slightly golden
Step 3
Add the tomato paste, and stir for half a minute.
Then add the potatoes, keep stiring, cook for about 4min. Add the lentils in the end and mix it for half a minute
Step 4
Add your bolied water, keep stiring. When reach the boiling point, add the chicken/vegatable stocks, black pepper and bay leave
Keep in medium/slightly low heat, and adjust the salt depending on your taste
This step will take approx 15min
Step 5
Use your mixer to smash everything in the pot, and make sure not to burn yourself
Step 6
Serve in a bowel, add a TB spoon of yoghurt, squeeze a slice of lemon, decorate with some parsley and dashes chilli oil. THEN YUM !
