Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease or line a small baking dish (~20x20 cm).
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, milk, apple sauce, and vanilla.
Step 3
Add almond meal, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
Step 4
Pour into baking dish and smooth the top. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and raspberries
Step 5
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until set in the center and slightly springy.
Step 6
Cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Eat warm or store in the fridge.
