I've mimicked Tyler's recipe, added some tomatoes that needed using up, used ground ginger instead of fresh, and apple cider vinegar instead of rice wine vinegar. I made skewers and stir fry from this, as it's a fair amount, and there's only 2 or 3 of us eating typically. Bonus ๐ช

Step 1
Roughly chopped chicken and veg into skewerable chunks... I'm not sure that's a word, but ๐โโ๏ธ

Chuck everything into a large bowl and mix thoroughly...I used my hands โ๏ธ

Whack the bowl in the fridge for at least 2 hours, I've left overnight.
Step 4
Make up your skewers alternating the chunks of ingredients. If, like me you want to stir fry some, simply put some aside. Mone made 4 skewers and a stir fry for at least 4 people - serve with rice, noodles or pasta of your choice...or whack it in a wrap ๐โโ๏ธ
Step 5
Skewers can be cooked on the BBQ or under the grill, ot even in your airfryer. Experiment, and enjoy ๐
