Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 F
Step 2
Heat bacon grease in a skillet. Add onions and and sausage links and sauté until onions are translucent.
Step 3
Remove sausage links and set aside. Add chili to the pan and cook until heated through.
Step 4
Place the sausages in the sausage rolls and top with mustard then the chili and onion mixture, then the shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 5
Bake in preheated oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and buns start to brown.
