Instructions

Step 1
Whisk together sugar, rice cooking wine and soy sauce in a small bowl.
Step 2
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground pork and grated ginger, cook until pork has turned brown,should take 5-9 minutes (make sure to crumble the meat as it cooks).
Step 3
Stir in the seasoning mixture, mix until well combined, allow it to simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Toss in roasted sesame seeds and chopped scallion, cook another 30 seconds before removing from heat.
Step 5
Spoon ginger pork onto leaves of lettuce. Then fold, eat, enjoy!
