Preparation
Step 1
Cut chicken and pepper into strips. Dice the onion. Grate the cheese, slice your avocado.
Cooking
Step 2
First heat a drizzle of oil on high heat then add the chicken with some salt and pepper.
Step 3
After a few minutes, add in the onion and bell pepper and fajita seasoning, stir to combine then cook, stirring periodically.
Serving
Step 4
Place a wrap on your plate, add all the fillings, about a third of each one (to make one wrap for one portion, make smaller wraps if you'd prefer 2 wraps per portion)
