½ cmayonnaise
2 Tbsppickle relish
1 Tbsponion
minced
2 Tbsptomato sauce
2 tspAmerican mustard
1 tspwhite vinegar
1 tspgranulated sugar
½ tsppaprika
¼ tspsalt
¼ tspgarlic powder
¼ tsponion powder

Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl combine mince, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Roll into balls and set aside

Step 2
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving
Step 3
Grab a fry pan and drizzle oil across and pop onto a medium to low heat. While pan is heating grab your rolled beef pattie and tortillas. Flatten your pattie out onto the tortilla all the way to the edges. Place onto fry pan (beef pattie side down), fry for around 3/5mins and flip for another minute. Remove from heat and add in bacon

While bacon is cooking add preferred cheese on top of your pattie so it starts to melt. Thinly slice lettuce and pickles.
Step 5
Remove the bacon and add to pattie. Layer on your lettuce, pickles and top with sauce!
