Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2
Trim and halve the brussels sprouts.
Step 3
Put them in a medium bowl along with 2 tbsp avocado oil and salt. Toss around.
Step 4
Place on a sheet tray and make sure the brussels sprouts are laying face down and at least 1/4 inch apart from each other.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes. Check 2-3 minutes early in case they are done. They should be easily pierced with a fork and browned.
