Step 1
In small bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce and place next to stove. Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan over medium high heat. Add spring onions and garlic. Stir-fry for 1 minute until softened. Turn the heat up and add pork. Stir-fry for a few minutes, until browned, breaking up chunks as it cooks. Reduce heat to medium, add sauce and combine well. Cook for 2 more minutes. Add more gochunjang paste if needed.
