Ingredients

1red onion
2garlic cloves
0.5 ozpistachio
1can garbanzo beans
0.25 ozcilantro
1lemon
½ tspground cinnamon
¼ tspcardamom
or cloves
1 tspground coriander
1 ½ tspground turmeric
½ tspground ginger
2 tspsmoked paprika
2 Tbspground cumin
⅛ tspcayenne pepper
4 ozgrape tomatoes
½ cupbasmati rice
1veggie stock concentrate
3 Tbspsour cream
1 tsphot sauce
garlic powder
butter
Instructions
Step 1
Toss onion wedges, tomatoes and chickpeas in oil and spices then roast at 425 for 18-20 minutes.
Step 2
Melt 1 tbsp of butter, add minced garlic and half the pistachios and spices. Stir in rice and 3/4 cups water and stock concentrate.
Step 3
Mix sour cream and garlic powder salt and water.
