Step 1
Sautee veggies in batches till slightly soft. Brown ground beef, drain. Add taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, and 3/4 cup water to pan. Add ground beef and cook till the liquid is almost gone. Add tomatoes, beans, and corn. Mix everything together and add to a 13x9 casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake at 375, covered for 30 minutes, and uncovered for 15. Server hot.
