Instructions

Step 1
In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
Step 2
While broth comes to a boil, beat four eggs until frothy.
Step 3
Cook the orzo in the chicken broth. Combine the lemon and eggs, and slowly ladle in chicken broth to temper the eggs (1-2 cups of broth).
Step 4
Pour the egg, lemon, and broth mixture into the pot, and add the dill and chicken.
Step 5
once orzo is cooked to al denté, remove from heat and serve.
