Instructions

Step 1
Take a pan and heat it. Once the pan is heated, add a table spoon of oil

Once oil is hot, add mustard seeds and chana dal
Step 3
Once the seeds start popping, add chopped onions
Step 4
Once onions change colour, then add carrots and peas and let it sit for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add boiling water and add paprika and salt for taste.
Step 6
Let it sit for 2 minutes. Then add semolina and stir well.
Step 7
Let it sit for 5-10 minutes on low flame until the water is completely absorbed.
Step 8
It’s ready to be served.
