Steamed Peas Pulao with Mix Vegetable Raita

Instructions
Step 1
Add 1/3 cup rice with equivalent amount of peas along with a few drops of oil to a pan. Add 2.5 times water as the rice. Cook for 10 minutes on low flame with lid.
Step 2
For the raita, mix 1 cup yogurt with the spices mentioned in the ingredients- 1 tspn salt, handful of chilli flakes and pepper along with 3/4 tspn roasted cumin powder. Add chopped slices of onion, tomato, chilli and coriander. Mix well.
Step 3
For serving you could mix the 2 as in the picture or keep them separately. Coriander chutney and tomato chutney are other condiments that could make this meal seem like a platter!
